It’s quite obvious that you were not dealing with a Hard Money Lender. You don’t tell us what state you’re in, or any information on your deal. But the lender you were dealing with is not a Hard Money Lender.

I spoke with a hard money lender today and he said I would need a patner with experience in order to borrow from them. They don’t lend to newbies! I thought they are suppose to lend based on the property.
