Joe iam located in newark. Iam new to investing but my credit isn’t good. I bought a book on credit repair so hopefully my score will get better in a few months. but i want to get started asap in realestate and I heard that hardmoney is the way to go if you have bad crdit. what do you think?

john- check your search engines for hard money or lenders.there are a several but they all want the “right” deal- low buy to value(65%)_and they charge heavy 4-10 points.you need to do your hwork on the propperty as well and these heavy charges can be worth it if the property is too.good luck.
