USAA will do non-seasoned refinances.
The catch is that you have to join USAA and only certain groups are eligible for membership.
Go to usaa.com to see if you are eligible.

I was planning on dealing with Bank One, Emmco, or Southern Atlantic. The problem is Bank One stopped doing non-seasoning refi’s two weeks ago. I also came to find out that Emmco and Southern Atlantic were selling their loans to Bank One. I am in need of a good non-seasoning refi quick. Any helpful responses will be appreciated.
