Has anyone ever tried this? - Posted by Kevin(OK)

I’ve dealt with a couple of churches and found them to be no more or less flexible than any other business entity. They can be unmotivated to sell or deal especially when dealing with properties that have been donated or willed to them by members of their congregation or community. No money invested usually gives them the opportunity to sit back and get the best deals. However one church that contacted me needed money pretty badly just to pay it’s bills.

Despite what some of you think about RE agents, each church seems to have someone in the business as a member so they’re not entirely without guidance (and sometimes they get it for free!!)

Hope this helped

All success

Keith

A post below about non-profit org.'s got my brain to thinking. I have noticed in the past that some Church’s own alot of property. Has anyone ever dealt with Church’s and are they flexible on terms and/or price?

Thanks
