I have read it, and felt it was definately worth the money. For flipping, though, I prefer Kevin Myer’s course Secrets of the Quick Flip Business. Very practical and up to date. When Jackie Lange makes her course available here, I am sure that will be a must buy as well. (Her interview in Kevin’s course was a highlight.)

I have his book…and has excellent information in it. But also think Kevin’s Quick-Flip course is better. I would still want them both.
