Hello,
I have Dave’s course and hold him in high regard. He has some excellant ideas and I am doing pretty well so far at 19 with two houses. He also resonds well to any questions you may send him via email and is truly a real investor trying to help his students realize the success he has come to. Just my . 02

Has anyone found David Whisnant’s ideas useful and have success with them? Just wondering, I have his book and would like to try implementing them. I also have Steve Maletos book and would like to hear if anyone has been successful with it as well.
