got a $111k 1st mortgage @ 8.5% fixed, 10yrs old.
I know, I know, dumb, dumb, dumb.
cant refi because currently out of work due to workers comp injury. Weekly checks are high but only temporary.
No lender will touch me w/o reliable income.
Can I create a note and sell for cash like CS teaches?
I would create a 2nd position note to payoff debt and provide investing capital.
Does this really work?
Any hard money lenders I can call? Private note buyers?
Any better alternative?
