I searched and searched to find hard money lenders in this little one-horse town out here in New Mexico – Roswell, “land of aliens”. (not true. I’ve never seen one. Well, maybe one neighbor.) Finally found a couple. (Hard money people)They both wanted credit reports and two years tax returns. And they called it hard money loans. Does anyone know where else I can look? TKS to you. Tom L.

I think a LOT of HML’s pull credit reports. I’ve used 2, and 1 pulled a report. The one that pulled the report also asked about income, but didn’t ask for tax returns.
