There must be 5 or 6 M/H parks in my area that are going towrd tax sale.
A word of caution to those who have pockets full of cash heading to get rich at the tax sales.
Upon looking closely at the tax sale adds and after compairing the add to the assessor’s database, I have noticed that some of the properties have been sold, some are in the MLS and came thru the legal news.
I’ll pass on those properties, they’re to much effort, in expence and time when compaired to the lack of potential gain. Case in point, some properties are going back through tax sale again because the “owner” didn’t pay the taxes last year, some of these tax deeds are dated 1981. No I don’t know why these people who “bought” these properties way back haven’t filed (for/ a) Monition(sp).
Instead, I have begun contacting the owners that are listed in the tax sale adds who I think will be sellers. I bet I’ll buy a few this year too.
