Tim,

I’ve heard of them, they’re out of Michigan. I’ve talk to several investors at the convention who say that they’ve been using them and were satisfied. I recently heard through the grape vine (Roomer) that they were no longer providing credit lines. Because of you post, I called them and was unable to reach their marketing rep. Matthew Adams. Tim, here is the phone number to Matt, (888) 363-3863. It’s a toll free number so I would suggest you call and find out for yourself. Their website is http://www.fnacna.com/

Sorry, I can’t be of more help,

Ed Garcia

I have just came across a company that offers a broker line of credit. It is used to purchase notes. The company is First National Acceptance Company of North America. Has anyone here had dealings with them? The cost of the line is pretty steep. 2 points to start, and 1 point each year thereafter of the maximum credit line. Rate varies with the quality of the note in question up to 14.5%.

Any advice is appreciated.
