Hello, I am being turned down all the time. The existing insurance cost > $ 4,250 and the agent put in a “replacement value” of $ 300k ;-(, which is unrealistic. The Fire Station is 100 yards away and there was never a claim by the previous owner of 6 years, either. Q: recommendations, please! 10k deductible and even a replacement value of $ 300k. Liability is in place for about $ 1,750. Thanks a lot! Chris
