Anybody looking for a good property to rehab in N. Arlington? One will be coming out on MLS in the next couple of days - I’m told it needs a good deal of work and going to be listed in the neighborhood of 325k - most probably about 200k below ARV - my plate is full at the moment so I have to pass. Caveat: this is second hand from one of my brokers (although a trusted one) and is sight unseen. Certainly worth a look.
