Please contact me offline, you should have my cell number or email. You hosted the radio show (twice) “going beyond real estate” this is Alex with Carolina Liquidator located in South Carolina. I speak weekly about our program for investors here in SC. We are currently working on buying a 68 home package. I would like to turn majority of these homes into owner finance. These clients truly are sub-prime buyers that will not qualify for a loan else where.
Looking for some help on this package.
