I am interested in getting started in lease/option investing, sandwiching and assigning primarily. How would you suggest I best get started? Find tenant/buyers first or landlord/sellers first and what would be the most efficient way to find both? Where is a good resource for the necessary contracts? How do you determine the appropriate amount to require as option money? Etc…
