I started my real estate career when I was dead broke!!
I asked no one for help!! Not even my parents!!!
I sold anything and everything that had any value!!
I worked 2 jobs then some!!!
I went to the library and read all the FREE BOOKS on real estate investing that I could get my hands on!!
I suggest that you do the same!!

And by the way!!! Sounds to me that yes indeed your STILL HUSTELING!!!
GEt A LIFE AND GROW UP. THERE ARE NO FREE RIDES!!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
AND SINCE YOUR WILLING TO PAY NOTHING - THAT’S WHAT YOUR GETTING… ENJOY IT!!!

The real estate business is a simple business.
I did not say easy, it is simple. It needs real
dedication and some work. Do not expect over night
result.

I agree with Bob…if you don’t have the resource
to purchase, I would go to the library and borrow
everything I could on the subject. I believe
Carlton Sheet has a book about RE that you can get
from the public library for free. If you have
internet access search for “Building Wealth”.
This book was my source of inspiration in
Real Estate business. You could buy used one from
Amazon.com at a bargain price.

Remember techniques alone won’t work in this
business.

A word of advice, to be successful, you need
to sincerely serve the people. Jesus once said,
serve your people and you’ll serve me for you will
find my kingdom.

Don’t give up. Jesus once said, those who seek
will find, those who ask will be answered, and those
who knock will be opened.

You can get Carleton set of tapes on Ebay for less price, or you can go to your public library they may or may not have it. I think you can inspect his system for only 9.95 plus shipping, if you like it, then you pay the balance.

I learned that if you want to start anything, you can always get the money. I started a business when I was broke, I did it with money that I got from selling some of my appliances. That business has produced me a over 1000 my original investment, and still is earning me a strong income.

Read the book “Think and Grow Rich”, by APPLYING its principles, you can do almost everything you want.

I’m seriously contemplating starting this program, however, along with probably hundreds of others, I am very skeptical. I was curious about the pros and cons of going into this program alone, or with a partner. Can anyone provide any insight regarding this ?
