Finding investors to flip to OUT OF STATE will be very hard. Why not try the next town or county. Also find out of there are any investment groups nearby. More importantly, if you are finding houses that will work why flip whent there are so many other things you do to make MORE on each property. Contact me if you want some suggestions.

Hello, hope everyone is doing good investing in real estate I hope someone can give me a little advice I have been out looking for properties that I can buy at a bargin price and have sent out lots of letters I have had lots of calls coming in so many that I don’t even know which way to turn my only thing is that I live in a small town and most of the people that are calling me are people that live out of state. and I need help in finding investors can anyone please tell me how I would go about finding investors to flip to.
