I understand a large portion of everything you guys are talking about. But I have one question. After I lay out a deal with the seller how do I go about putting it all on paper? What forms do I use? When does a tile co. get involed? Is there a book that can walk you though step by step? I just need a good refernce to get going. I live in Orange Co. CA, I have been making people offers and working through the deal steps, but what next???
