Thanks Ed, I hope you are right. It’s not so easy to get into this when you don’t know by instinct what is happening. I’m in a big learning curve and frustrated by that alone. I’m wanting to jump in but the waters are as yet unknown. Will be looking for others who might be willing to mentor me one on one.

I need a mentor! Please…new to the US but not new to Real Estate. Now a licensed Realtor in Florida. I have bought and sold property in my home country NZ and now need a mentor to help me learn the ways of a new country.
Ed, would you take me on? …I am looking to go from rags to riches. (again) I am intelligent and assertive…but I need guidance. I hate wasting time with lack of knowledge if I can benefit from someone elses.
Anyone else who would like to help another wannabe/newbie investor please respond…I am waiting, with bated breath…
