I’m working with a broker to buy a mobile home park as an investment in California. My idea is to add cash flow to my real estate portfollio. However, I don’t know a thing about mobile home parks, but have lots of experience in propertry management and aquisition.
Can anyone recomend a good book or course on buying and maintaining a park?
When my broker tells me about a park 5 hours away what criteria does one look at before driving all the way out there (other than the obvious stuff cap. rate, ROI, vacancy, location, etc.
