When you get to Sac, try talking to some of the real estate people. Some of them for sure know some private mortgage lenders. Or, you can run an ad asking for private investors. Ooor…read the real estate section and look for ads that suggest unconventional lenders. Good luck.

Would like to find some hard money and a good title company or escrow officer in sacramento. Only hard money I have found wants credit report, pay stubs, bank statements, etc. for a 70%ltv, if I wanted that I’d go conventional. Did a club ever get going??? I am moving to Sac. in June from Union City.
