I am currently living in Boston, but moving to
DC area shortly. I am looking to get into
investing in real estate, after seeing what happened in boston real estate market, which skyrocketed (200%-300%) in last 7 years. I wanted to buy a house couple of years ago but I’ve invested all my money and time into my retail business, and now that i am ready to buy a home, the prices are just ridiculous. I can
see that real estate prices are pretty high in DC area, but compared to boston, it’s still very reasonable. I have about 100k. I would like to start by locating a
foreclosure or preforeclosure. I am looking to purchase 2 or three properties by end of next year. Can someone help? I would like any advice u can give. Thank U…Brandon
