You will need the approval of, and acceptance by the park owner or manager to do deals in the park. Don’t cross them, if they won’t work with you consider passing. Also watch out for adult only parks, i have one in my area that is very hard to get someone into.

I need some advice,A man in a small trailer park has
told me I could buy his 64 12x48 1b/1b for 1000 dollars.
He is planning on leaving the park tomorrow for up north.
The park is a 45 and older with no pets or kids, rent is
295. The catch is the park owner and his manager got
wind of it and are making rattling noises about this. I think
the owner wants to muddy the waters if not make the deal
himself…wondering if just waiting for the NEXT one might
be a better idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
