Without a job it will be very difficult to qualify for a high LTV loan. Any cosigners available? You might consider re-selling your contract to another (trying not to say “flip”) or bringing in a partner that can qualify for part of the action.

Hi There, I tied up a property on contract. It’s a pretty good deal…by the numbers. But now I need financing. I have no down, but I do own a home with equity. I am a full time grad student so I really dont have a job. ANY IDEAS?
