This will be first real estate deal (A GREAT DEAL!!! I might add) for my partner and I. This will also be our first time requesting money from a hard money lender. We want to present an impressive package deal. However there is one problem. The property goes up for auction in EIGHT business days so we have to move FAST!!! Anyone have any ideas on how to “present” our info? For all lenders out there: what info would you need to see to make a financing decision–QUICKLY. We would appreciate any and all relevant feedback and we need to move fast. Thanks.
