I found a motivated seller. He bought a 1 family house in 2002 for $195,000, but he was actually hoodwinked because the house was worth only $150,000. He has recently appraised the house about a month ago, and it appraised for $150,000 to $160,00. But this seller owes about $190,000 on the mortgage.
This seller is, of course, motivated. He is pretty much open to anyhting. Help me sort this out. Is this a deal ? What do I do from here on. Is this a short sale situation
