I am looking for a hard money lender, When I think I have found one they end up being a broker. I am wanting to buy and rehab a property. I need a true hard money lender that lends based on the property, and has a 48-72 hour turn around. If anyone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction, it would be very helpful.

Hello Nicole, You did not mention the loan amount needed so, I will give you some different companies with different loan minimums:

Eastern Savings Bank ($150K and up) 800-787-8187

Imperial Lending LLC ($75K and up) 866-566-3426

Meridian Group ($150K and up) 800-901-9301

Rapid Rehab Funding ($50K and up) 303-721-1000
