Whenever I have a real estate question or problem I always come here and I’m rarely dissapointed. I need to move fast cause this one won’t last. Harlem is the area of of upper Manhattan that is going through an aggressive change for the better. Bill Clinton just moved his offices here. (Is that a good thing?!) I found a sturdy Mixed Use, 6 Fam, 2 vacancies and a very successful business on the ground floor.
Its got a return on investment of $80,000+ and the owner will hold a considerable amount of paper for interest only. $760K and he’ll hold $200K at 10%. But you no whats next… I have no money and no credit. what should I do?? Help!
