Get William Bronchick’s L/O course. In my opinion, it is the best available for someone just getting into the L/O biz. The course has tapes (both audio and video) and is loaded with real life examples as well as sample forms already filled out so you will be certain how each document is to be used.
It comes with all the forms you need to go right out and start signing up the deals!
