…different attorneys, if these so-called bankruptcy attorneys don’t know what an automatic stay is!

Filing a BK petition brings an immediate halt (or “stay”) to all collection activity against a debtor, including foreclosure or eviction proceedings.

The stay will remain in effect until the debt is reaffirmed, the petition is dismissed, the bankruptcy is discharged or the court grants a motion for relief of stay, which would typically be brought by a creditor seeking to proceed with eviction or foreclosure and sale.

In Joe Kaiser course totally dominate the Foreclosure Market he mention a Automatic Stay. Would someone tell me how do you go about performing this act. The BK Attorney I talk to do not seem to have a clue about this type of proceedure.
Thank To All
