Yep. "No cost to you " is confusing. That is the biggest thing I notice. If you want more of my opnion, and I’m not sure you do, here goes: Skip the slash/ , simply say “buy or lease”. Its your choice after all what you do with it. Buy some, lease some. Leave out private investor and just use "I ". Now you can use the room to go larger bold type. Alternately try “Can’t sell it? Lease it! Lease/purchase clients waiting to open escrow this month.”

I have the following ad in my local paper. The type of calls that I’m getting seem to be missing the point and that is, that I Buy/Lease houses but using their financing, like most of us do. Here’s the ad:
A private investor will buy/lease
your house, no cost to you Ph#5555555

Do any of you see a problem or is there something I could change to make it more clear? Thanks, Art

There’s nothing in the ad about using their financing, so obviously they assume you are going to use your own. How about ‘I can make your payments for you.’ or something along those lines. ‘No equity? I can still buy/lease your home!’
