Location, size, land or park, estimated value, loan payoff, is the mortgage assumable, what is your payment, remaining term and rate, what do you want out of it, what do you need out of it, are you willing to take a loss to cut this anchor from your new boat?
There are a lot of creative people here, and maybe someone has a solution that will work for you, but we need details.
