REO stands for Real Estate Owned…(by the lender/bank)
Contact locals banks and lending institutions and inquire about what REOs they currently have on their books.

Can someone explain a little about how to find REO’s?
Also, can anyone explain about the different auctions (such as foreclosure, HUD or VA auctions)
