I threw in the MH to keep us on topic. So of course I’d be glad to meet up with you for a beer and to DISCUSS MH. Let me know specifics so I can plan ahead. Hey Chris (UT-student interested in MH investing). If you are reading this you may want to join us. This guy is the MH guru. If the term “Lonnie deal” was not already coined we would all be saying “Marty deal”.

Don’t forget to bring me a couple of Park models or something less than 60 feet. I need to fill up my park and shorty’s are hard to come by.
