If the HOA is anything like the condo associations here (usually the property management company), the price can vary. One complex I know of charges $150 for the paperwork and they give you all the minutes up to date.

I’m in the process of doing a re-fi, is it customary for lender to require an HOA certification? I am being required to pay a $75 fee by the management group just for them to fill out this form. Is this a normal process? Please advise. Thanks.
