none that I can think of, just be carefull and remember where that money came from and what it represents ie: your home. Use the proceeds to make money and not for frills and vactions,new car ect.
Make a deal on a investment property and pay the equity loan off. Stick to that with no if’s ands or buts and there shouldn’t be a problem.
