Your best bet is to call up a Real Estate agent who does foreclosures and ask for them to send you a list that is within your price range and the area you would like to buy from. Many times you can just sign-up for this through an agents website. Hope this helps.

I rarely have ANY success using realtors for that data, but there are exceptions, I guess.
