It could be that times have changed. it’s ben years, that I had an inspection. I do my own inspections on my properties.

I just paid a home inspector to do an inspection on a home that I am buying.
How long should I wait before I get the report from him (will be electronic via email)?
Inspection was Wednesday morning and I still have no report.
Is this too long to wait?

I had one done on a Saturday evening and got in by Monday at 12pm.

I usually got mine in 1 - 2 days after the actual inspection. I usually ask when they think they will get it to me before I schedule with the inspector.

That’s not unusual, especially the week before end of the month. I always figure 1 week. If I get it earlier, then great.

Every one I’ve ever had done in the past, I got the report that evening or the next day
