I have a commercial policy with Nationwide. I like it due to the ease of doing business. I can add/subtract houses while keeping the policy whole. I can buy and have 30 days to let them know, while being insured all the while. I don’t know if it is th cheapest, but I have had several claims and no problems. Be sure and pick the agent, as they are all different and some won’t give you the service you want.
