I’m just getting started, and wondering if anyone can help. I’m interested in transitional Chicago neighborhoods - neighborhoods in the city that were in disrepair maybe several years ago, but are now being built up nicely. I need specific neighborhood names. Thank you!

No offense here Nan, but are you looking for a handout here? I can garauntee you that the investors in the Chicago area have done THEIR homework and KNOW the neighborhoods your are hoping someone will gladly give you this just because you “need” them? Get out there! Look around! Do some research! What exactly have you just “started”? Asking people for their bread and butter areas? Their farms? I wish you luck.
