It’s my humble opinion (please correct me out there if I am wrong) that there is probably no deal here now that the house is foreclosed.
There wasn’t much room there before and now there are all kinds of fees attached to it - I would forget it UNLESS you were just looking to live in it - you might pick it up for a few dollars less than market but that’s about it.

I received e-mail from a lady yesterday needing some help. Talked to her today. Her house has been foreclosed and sold. The mortgage co bought it at the sale.
Details:
owed 95k
worth about 110-115k
monthly payments 1000
She says they are able to make the payments but for whatever reason were unable to stop the foreclosure. Assuming the mortgage co. will deal is there any suggestions about how handle this?
