Im new also but went to Klein Bank and they were glad to to do deals but the terms might not be favorable.

I am starting out in REI in The Woodlands area and trying to find a bank to establish a line of credit with. I have good credit and a good job but the 5 banks I talked to were not that encouraging, it would be with a partner. If anyone can help me I’d appreciate it. Gordon

My husband and I live in The Woodlands also and we are new to Real Estate in this area too. Have you tried The Realty Investment Club of Houston? (www.richclub.org). They can be a great source of contacts for money lenders. Contact me by email and I can give you a few numbers I have.
