ok all 31 one of these houses the banks have. what about me getting my friend the real estate broker to be my buyer? she has the knowledge i dont have and the experience i lack i could cover more ground more quickly! is this a good idea or not? i know there is a fee. but isnt knowledge power? by the way i a have a cosigner now so should i not be able to get 100% with collateral? cant talk to my broker till monday.
