How bad will sell as "Handyman Special"? - Posted by Philip

Well, I am willing to invest up to the point of diminishing returns…when the investment won’t bring in enough income according to its cost.
As far as time…I have a little but not a bunch.
I do, however, have a small gang of 15 year old boys who can do grunt work.
Thanks

How bad will sell as “Handyman Special”? - Posted by Philip

I have an old mobile that needs roof work, floor work, heat, and plumbing all worked on.

I would have to pay for a furnace before this could even be contemplated right?

I am trying to think of some way to make this produce income instead of outflow.(Paying to haul off)

It is a 72 14x70 with and added on room.

I think the right person who truly was handy could do fine.

Any guidance appreciated.
Philip

we recently purchase a 14x70 1973 model. beleive me you can do wonders if you are willing to invest some time and money to that trailer. the trailer we bought is similar to the one you have described.we’re puting new roof,floor,a/c & heat.packet unit ofcourse. them split units system is a headache if your planing to rent the trailer out.

Sounds like the honeymoon will be over before it gets started.

Perhaps you could call it a self storage unit, or a “fixer-upper”.
