If you are willing to hold the financing try–

Owner Will Finance- $2500 down Low monthly payments

This will cover the back taxes and $500 to you.

If the lots are as you say and you are truly selling between wholesale and FMV they should sell fairly quickly.

Just an idea.

I have two properties, one consisting of 5 lots totaling $62,000, $10,000 in back taxes, needs a pump for water and another 1 acre zoned residential (well both are), assessed at $28,000, taxes owed are under $500.00; What can I do with these properties?

I have tried to sell but nothing; I have written surrounding owners nothing, I feel these properties can be useful to me but how?

I’d like to sell whoelsale, any ideas?
