Simple get a hard money loan. This will allow you to purchase and have a escrow for repairs.

Hey guys…

I have a property in contract that has no kitchens and bathrooms. How can I get financing on this? Selling price is $565k and renovations to complete the project are approx $124k. I would not like to do a full doc loan but am open if I have no choice. The comps are $1.2mill.
