You don?t tell us anything about your financial condition, what the mobile home is worth, credit, income, what state you?re in, if you own the land your mobile home is on or is it in a park, etc? So my suggestion is to go to a local small bank. Secondly the alternative financing could be a Finance company such as American General, City Finance, Beneficial Finance, HFC, just to name a few.
If you own the land your mobile home is on, then you can go to Janus AG Finance which is a national lender that does mobiles on land (888-249-0777) or go to http://www.scotsmanguide.com/default.asp?ID=1095 which is a website that may give you a lender in your state.
