I have an owner willing to finance a property $20000 under market valueat 69k and also a mortgage company willing to finance me with 15% down on any property up to 100k.I think the mortgage banker did say something about signing something saying that i didnt get a loan for over 10k for the purchase of the property.How should I work this deal?
