Make sure you keep track of your receipts and related expenses. Then file a Schedule C together with your 1040. You can be a sole proprietor and still deduct your business related expenses. Of course consult your tax professional, it’s a little more complicated than I describe. No need to be Inc or LLC.

I been spending money on courses, seminars and on other realestate business related stuff and want to collect these items as business expenses when I file Taxes.
I am not ready to form an LLC or Inc yet. Any suggestions?
