Have a note for 40K which was due in full in 6 months but had a contingency to continue payments for another 6 months. Took the money off of credit cards so payments are being made directly to my credit cards and the interest is about 11%. Money was used to invest in real estate although no house was in the note. Payments have been made on time over the past 6 months.
How could I have this note rewritten to be saleable? I could have them attach 1 or more properties to it but I think none would be in the 1st position.
Any insight?
