There are cleaning companies that specialize in fire restoration. Look in the yellow pages and call one. Explain that you have a small problem and ask for advice. You might find someone willing to help with a little advice.

Look under Carpet Cleaners or Fire Restoration.

Thanks for your help in advance.
I bought a fire damaged mobile home and the biggest problem is soot and smoke smell.Any suggestions on products or procedures to clean it up? Will the smell come out of carpets?
